(Information on the processing of personal data in pursuance of Art. 13 and 14 Reg. (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR (EU) 2016/679, we are providing herewith the necessary information relating to the processing of the personal data provided in relation to the download and use of the application E-VALVE APP (“App”).
Data Controller
The data controller is Waterline Srl - Water Line S.r.l. - Registered office - Via Caponnetto, 21 - 42122, Reggio Emilia (RE) (Italy), in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative. The controller’s email contact is: privacy@waterline.it.
DATA PROCESSED
To allow the download and use of the App, we may ask for limited personal information such as your e-mail and data related to your device (i.e. geolocation, IP address, camera, flash, information on the use of the App and information about the device and the installed operation system).
The computer systems and software procedures for the functioning of the App (Apple Store, Google Play or Windows Phone Store) may acquire, during their normal operation, some data. Water Line S.r.l. it is not involved in such treatments nor can it be held responsible.
Mandatory or optional nature of the providing data
The provision of data for the purposes referred to paragraph above is optional. However, without such data we can not provide you with the services contained in the App.
Data Processing Arrangements
Data will be processed using both paper and electronic means.
Time-limits for storing the Data.
The data are kept only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are kept to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Purposes of data collected
APP has been developed to offer the possibility of facilitating the reporting of interventions.
The collected data are therefore not used for the user profiling, for the offer of products and services or for more general commercial purposes. It is not expected to use cookies, technical or otherwise.
